(یہود اور امت مسلمہ کےاسباب ِزوال میں مماثلت(تحقیقی ،تقابلی و تجزیاتی مطالعہ The Common Factors that led to the Rise and Downfall of Both the Jews and Muslims It is the law of the Creator that he bestows authority in the land to those who are deserving of it. And those nations that follow the laws of the Creator they are those who are bestowed with authority in the land. Whereas those nations that leave these laws or go against them, they are stripped of their authority. And this is the situation that befell Jews. As long as they followed these God given laws they were bestowed with authority in the land, and when they abandoned these laws they were dispossessed of their authority. And this is exactly what has befallen the Muslim nation. As long as the pious predecessors of the Muslims remained steadfast upon the divine laws they remained the leaders of the world. And when the later generations of Muslims forsook these laws they were disgraced and humiliated in the land. There are some commonalities when it comes to the rise and fall of Jewish nation and the Muslim nation. The reasons for the rise of Jews: These reasons have been mentioned in the Torah as well as in the Quran. Belief in the Oneness of the Creator, Prophet hood – that remained amongst them for a long period of time, Divine Scripture, Knowledge and its safeguard, Superiority over other nations, Fighting/ striving for the sake of One God, Conquest and victory and Blessings and favours of the Lord The reasons for the rise of Muslim Ummah: Belief in the Oneness of the Creator, Prophet hood – that remained amongst them for a long period of time, Firm belief in the Quran, Following the Prophet, Fighting/ striving for the sake of One God, Justice in the Muslim community and Unity within the Muslim community. Just as there are commonalities in the rise of these two nations, similarly both have commonalities in their downfall. The reasons for the downfall of Jews: Shirk i.e. Idolatry or polytheism, Forsaking fighting and striving in the sake of the Lord, Killing of their Prophets, Abandoning Divine laws, Sectarianism, Greed of all worldly things, Moral decline and Usury in financial/ business transactions The reasons for the downfall of the Muslim Nation: Shirk i.e. Idolatry or polytheism, Forsaking the Quran, Greed of all worldly things and hatred of death, Sectarian infighting, Forsaking fighting and striving in the sake of the Lord, Disobedience of the Prophetic Way, Abandoning Divine laws, Moral decline and Usury in financial/ business transactions The only possible solution of this downfall lies in a return to unity from sectarianism, a firm adherence to Divine Laws and a return to justice in the land. Islam is a complete rule. The state of Madina in Islam is the state whose ruler Muhammad Mustafa ruled for nearly a thousand years. The West of West has never been able to discuss the Islamic system rule, so it is important to present the world with the system of Islam today. The solution to the global civil, economic, moral and political crisis created in contemporary times again Looking for ideological principles. And repeat the world that the Islamic system of world crisis is in rule if the heads of Islamic principles are set and the heads of themselves can adopt Islam's principles, the country can become an ideological ruler of an ideal rule. The country's development and stability is not possible without adopting the rules and conditions laid down for the Islamic State. The world's system of governance and the Islamic State for the Islamic world, especially the world and worldly events resulting in global expeditions, is the case of Islam. I will try to explain in the light of Sunnah light. This article will be useful for many people. My article consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the Islamic State, the beginning and evolution and characteristics. The second chapter introduces the democratic state, the beginning and evolution, the composition and the basic ideology. In the third chapter the research of the Islamic State and the democratic state institutions has been reviewed, while the fourth chapter in Islamic and Muslim state-owned institutions has been analyzed the research of the rules of the appointment.
(اسلامو فوبیا وجوہات ،اثرات ،تدارک (تحقیقیی وتنقیدی:جائزہ My topic is as under Islamophobia: reasons impacts and its eradication Due to increased immigration and Muslim presence in multicultural societies, concepts like Islamo phobia become rooted and are used to explain acts by non-Muslims against Muslim Diasporas. Islamo phobia comes alive from a spectrum of expressions where traditional West-Christian views and the Occident versus the Orient come to surface. This relationship establishes inclusion and exclusion, and, inflicting hegemony where majority’s norms against minorities are prominent features. Hence power structures are created and shape Muslims opportunities for religious freedom. Thereby, this research illustrates a deeper comprehension about Islamo phobia – its contents, difficulties and effects – alongside, analyzing those strategies and efforts that can be used in order to prevent and eliminate Islamo phobia. The focus of the research lies in issues of discrimination, legal framework, efforts for integration and strategies against Islamo phobia. The research evidently reveals that Islamo phobia is an intrusive element of today’s multicultural societies and ethnic relations. It must, therefore, be recognized an important difficulty that has to be addressed, both on national and international levels. Thus, the rise of ethnic and religious collisions and/or the clash of civilizations would rather exist as a neglected memory, than a modern reality.  Islamophobia, causes , effects and precautions:  As this topic is vast and comprehensive in its nature, hence many books have been written on it. But to make the concept clearer in the mind of modern youth there are areas which need to be explained.  What preventive measures can stop islamophobia?  Mere creating awareness among the people may not be sufficed unless it is followed by an effective struggle in order to meet challenges arising from islamiphobia.  Computer knowledge and cognizance of English language will also help a lot understanding islamophobia. The academic work was designed to analyze the credit money in the light of Quran and Sunnah ruling and its role in context of economy of Pakistan. Qualitative and analytical approaches are applied for the collection and analysis of data. The review of literature concluded that, credit money needs to be Islamized in order to get benefit within the limits of religion. The research recommends the discourse of credit money should forward to the diligence institutions to Islamize the contemporary forms and design the new products with respect to injunction of Islam. This activity will at one hand to facilitate the people in their financial transactions while on the other hand will highlight the practical application of Islamic economic principles. The second chapter discussed the discourse of credit money in the light of Quran and Sunnah. Third chapter highlighted the institutions working on credit money. Fourth chapter dealt with role of credit money in the economy of Pakistan. Also this study recommends towards the specialization in the role of credit money in the trade and business of Pakistan. (سربراہان مملکت کے اختیارات( اسلامی اور جمہوری نظام کی روشنی میں تحقیقی جائزہ In view of the thesis of the Islamic State and the institutions established in it and the heads of these institutions, the terms and conditions of the Qur'an and Hadith are attributed to the men who were honored in the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Investigation of the Qualifications of the People of the Democratic State and the rules and regulations set by the institutions of the democratic state and the heads of these institutions and the qualifications of the persons holding positions in Pakistan. The rule of the Islamic State and the rules of Islam for the heads of the Islamic State and their powers Islam is a complete code of Islamic law. The state of Madinah in Islam is ruled by the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), the Muslim for almost a thousand years but the people the West has never considered discussing Islamic rule, so introducing the world to the just system of Islam is important today. Through the thesis that the world is convinced that the solution to the world's crises is in the rule of the Islamic system, if the heads of the Islamic principles are appointed and the heads follow the principles of the powers that Islam has set for them, then the country will look for an ideal rule. The development and stability of the country is not possible without adopting the rules and regulations laid down for the Islamic State to overcome the situation which is the result of the universal and universal world, especially the global campaign. He tried to explain the Sunnah in the light of the arguments so that this thesis would become a guiding for the peoples.

Unfortunately, the number of people living below poverty line is increasing day by day at an alarming rate. Poverty is a social problem that further gives raise to more distressing problems, like, unemployment, crime, depression, etc. Sincere efforts are being made to find a solution to this issue. However, poverty continues to afflict us by growing at an ever-increasing rate. While the world on the whole has become more prosperous in recent years, inequality has increased both within and between countries. Extreme poverty is globally the greatest single human rights issue. It is the dream of every society to get rid of poverty and its accompanying crisis, but the question that torments us is “How can this goal be achieved?” Poverty and economic deprivation are the causes of anarchy and instability in many countries of the world. Evils emanating from man designed economic system have existed from time immoral, the sufferings of which are experienced by the individual man, society of what we call the radical today. Equality of opportunity no longer exists. Are we all running a losing race? Nature has far more provided to cater to each one's requirements and needs but with the devilish acts of few, this very same Divine Blessing gets abused in the form of unequal distribution. Such unfair practices makes man to hoard more and even more, and with the high rise population there's seen an ever increase in man's greed too. Such uncontrolled liberty and unbridled power needs an emergency check. Clearly all this calls for eradication of the existing economic system. Islamic norms ensure that the principle for factor pricing is based on justice and fairness. Islamic Economic System is a swift solution in safeguarding the interests of an individual and the society as a whole. One man's meat can never be another man's poison, are those values which an Islamic Economic System offers. Through this Research paper on Eradication of Poverty, to pursue private motives and self-interest a growing realization of appreciating all what this Fair Islamic System has to offer, can be logically recognized.
حقوق نسواں: اسلامی تعلیمات اور مغربی افکار کاتقابلی جائزہ Women Rights: A Comparative Review of Islamic Teachings and Western Thoughts The entity of woman is a gorgeous phenomenon of this universe. As a whole women right is also a global fact, it is a conceptual comparative study of the women rights in Islamic teaching and Western Thoughts. Islamic teachings are necessary to give an explanation, justifying the inequality between sister and brother between mother and father and between daughter and son. It seems that the Legislator has taken into consideration the rights of a woman in their entirety, together with the fact that laws are framed for normal cases of life and not for rare exceptions. Therefore, Islamic teachings not only recognize rights of male and female equally but also give due consideration to the natural differences of male and female during detailed analysis of duties and obligation. So, rights of women ought to be in accordance with Islamic teachings and Feminism has generated much debate among modern scholars. Islam which is considered the religion and code of life of humanity is also the fore runner of the women rights. It not only restored their last glory as the sacred mother, daughter, wife and sister but also gives them equal share in social life and gives prime importance to them in decision making. Islam has granted woman these rights; the woman of Europe was deprived of them for more than eleven hundred years. And when she at last secured them she did not do it easily. As regard the earlier west, the emerging movements, as well as their motivating leading persons’ thoughts of feminism considered that women are not enjoying equal rights as men in the most respects, and played only a limited role in western society. So, a woman should move violently for equality with man in every respect and emancipation like men in the society. This inspiration of feminism is also originated from political, economic, social and cultural factors that demands gender equality in society in all respects and also perceives the women rights. This conceptual comparative study aims to establish women’s rights within the Islamic framework by reinterpreting Islam’s everlasting sources. The dissertation Women Rights: A Comparative Review of Islamic Teachings and Western Thoughts comprising on five chapters is aimed at elaborating this work in detail. The chapter one deals with the notion of rights, inception and evolvement, and scope of women rights in Islam and West. It is followed by chapter two about rights of woman in accordance with Islamic Teachings. The rights of woman in West are explored in chapter three by evaluating western family system, women’s status in western society and the concept of emancipation and equality with its impacts on western society. Chapter four comprises on women rights with the perspective of their struggle of thinkers and the movements. Chapter five winds up the whole comparative study of Islamic Teachings and Western thoughts of women rights lastly, whole study concluded.
(اسلامی اقدار میں حیاء کا مقام اور تحفظ کی تدابیر (تحقیقی و تجزیاتی مطالعہ Status of Modesty according to Islamic values And its protection mechanism Allah has created humans as the ‘best of beings’ and thereby blessed them with lots of inherent virtues. Modesty is one such virtue and perhaps the most fundamental one. From an Islamic jurisprudence perspective modesty is defined as the natural disposition of humans to dislike bad deeds. Islam has highlighted the importance of modesty so that Muslims become a source of peace and tranquillity for the society. Modesty is so fundamental to Islam that it is imperative on every Muslim to practice it whatever the circumstances might be. This article investigates the role of modesty among other Islamic values and also discusses mechanisms to protect it amongst society. Misuse of internet and other electronic media, fashion industry, free mixing between men and women, all are influencing modesty in a very negative way and thereby contributing to a culture of shamelessness. In today’s world the misuse of electronic media and western media are negatively influencing Muslims and are trying hard to force modesty out Muslims and their society, at any cost. So much so, that even a well-respected and religious Muslim families are using media and internet improperly in their households. People can easily access shameless material and because of this the importance of Islamic values and modesty are losing their importance. If you look at our situation from a research point of you can see that most of our problems from a moral point of view are due to the lack of modesty in our society. Thus it should be our number one concern to give importance and attention to modesty. We can stop the drainage of modesty from Muslims and play a role in protecting this from happening only through the guidance of Quran and Sunnah. This research work is an effort in this direction.
(جزیہ کا اسلامی تصور اور اس پر اعتراضات(تنقیدی جائزہ Allah has revealed the religion of Islam to guide the mankind so that people can go on the right path. Allah sends many prophets for the guidance of mankind and the last Allah send Holy prophed Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم (The purpose of to send Holy prophet Muhammad (صلى الله عليه وسلم (that Islam should declared the supreme religion and Islam should prevail over other religions of the world. The invitation of worship and preach of Islam was peaceful but the opposing forces took the path of violence and aggression which the Muslims were allowed to kill in response rebellious forces where subjected. When the opposing forces are willing to abandon their rebellion and become Muslims, accepted as the responcibilities of the Islamic State. So then they were deserve all the basic rights and in the ordinary course instead, of life they get equal right status of Muslim concession. JIZYA is also pre inventions of Islam which exist already but Islam maintained only this. Partially taken from non-Muslims according to their ability, from women, children, the elders, the monks etc. And all are exempt from the payment becoming a Muslim. This nominal tax were charged only to make difference Muslims and non-Muslims. If the jurist thinks that this tax would charge for the humiliation of the insult of non-Muslims that is his pervsonla views which does not link with Islamic Concept of JIZYA. It is also misconception that non-Muslims are not allowed express their rights, opinions in Islamic State rather they are allowed to do under the Islamic Laws. But no one is allowed to humiliate each other and freedom of speech is allowed under ethics. And any person is not allowed to defame Islam and make propaganda agains Islam or against its Pillars
(پاکستانی ذرائع ابلاغ میں لباس کا استعمال اور اس کے معاشرے پر اثرات (اسلامی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں تنقیدی جائزہ Dress and clothes are the natural need of every human being and a basic custom of life. That is not only useful for abstaining from coldness and warmth, but also has many physical and spiritual advantages. Islamic Republic of Pakistan is an Islamic state. Islamic acts have an important role in its laws. Islamic dress had been a tradition of this beloved country. Both men and women were cautious about Islamic dressing (Hijab), there was a concept of mutual modesty; women did not put off scarf (dupatta), but suddenly media war created such situations in the society where words such modesty, hijab and purity only can hear but not in practice. The thesis will highlight the actual concept of Islamic dressing according to the teaching of Quran and Sunnah and compare with the dressing used on modern Pakistani Electronic Media to point out that the dressing which is being used on Electronic Media is not an Islamic and Ethical dress. The thesis has four chapters. The first chapter is consisted of introduction and importance of clothes. The second chapter is about the clothes use on Pakistani Electronic Media. The third chapter of the thesis describes the deviations which are being happening in clothes due to media. The fourth and last chapter is about the way out and solutions to stop deviations and changings in clothes. In this research article, the author has been reached to the conclusion that most of the costumes used in the media are non-Islamic. PEMRA should set out useful laws at the government level and make a strategy to apply Eastern and Islamic style clothing to all TV channels. Similar steps should be taken at the public level that parents do not to play such programs on TV at home which show nudity and infidelity.

However, It is observed that the students studying in different educational level especially at university level are badly lacking the moral ethical values and conduct due to which they are facing many social, cultural, moral and ethical challenges. Unpleasing conduct of youth not only deteriorating for the youth but the whole society of Pakistan. This results in to irresponsibilities, crimes, robbery, sexual abuses, violence, carelessness, dishonesty and misbehavior. This can be because of so many reasons, most importantly less emphasis on moral building of youth by the contemporary educational system of Pakistan ,moreover lack of parents interest in building their children positive moral attributes, teachers ignorance uplifting of their students moral values and least efforts by the Government institutions and the religious scholars in character building of youth.Therefore,there is a need to investigate the reasons behind the adverse moral attitude of the youth at the educational level and its findings and solutions. This study is aimed to investigate the causes and facts of adverse ethical conduct and moral attitude of youth studying at university in Pakistan and finding out remedial measures in the light of Sunnah Un Nabawiyyah.This study is based on a survey which will be conducted from three different universities of Islamabad to find out the reasons of the unsatisfactory behavior of the youth. On the basis of findings and recommendations solutions will be given for the improvement of the moral and ethical values of the youth in the light of Sunnah

My research is about “Impacts of Hindu culture on Pakistani Muslim Culture”. The attitude of people living in any country rather collectively play vital role in shaping its culture of that country. Culture is particularly significant for any country. It is the back bone as it glimpses the success and degradation it effects the culture. New generation becomes ignorant of it and degrades it as an old culture. Islamic culture has its own worth. Moreover, through culture one can remember past and imagine about future. In this research I will discuss the effects of Indian culture on Muslim society. How people are inclining towards it. How much it reflected in the whole scenario of life. How societies leave their culture for the sake of other culture. Because of this it leads towards the darkness. In my research there are many problems which I discussed for example festival celebration, Islamic rituals etc. Islamic culture is very unique culture but most of the people should follow the Indian culture in current senario people blindly follow the others country religion because of this we finished our culture diversity. It Leeds new generation toward the ruin condition. In this research describe the tradition of Islamic culture what are the steps that we must have fellow being a Muslim society. Its our moral duty to believe our basic faiths and don’ts follow the unislamic culture, and don’t forget our identity. Islamic culture represents the most beautiful aspect of life. After accepting Islamic culture then we must have say we are Muslim and we have our identity.1
(پاکستان میں افغان پنا ہ گزینوں کی موجودگی اور ان کی واپسی (شرعی و قانونی تناظر میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ My topic is as under: “An analysis of the presence of Afghan refugees in Pakistan, and their return, in the light of Shariah and law”. In the first chapter of this thesis I have highlighted the virtue and importance of migration, contract between Muhajareen and Ansaar, virtue of Muhajareen and Ansaar, and the rights of Muhajareen. In the second chapter I have introduced Afghan refugees, causes of their migration and the services provided to them by various departments in Pakistan. Since this thesis is about Afghan refugees, their introduction was necessary. The time after the migration is the most important and difficult one for Ansaars, because they have to arrange for the sustenance and lodgings for the coming guests. For this purpose, in the third chapter, the services done and steps taken for the Afghan refugees by the Pakistan government are mentioned. Besides, the sense of sacrifice and brotherhood in Pakistani people is elaborated, because they have welcomed the Afghan refugees with such great sacrifices and brotherly affection that after Ansaar of Madina, it, s like is difficult to find in history. In the fourth and last chapter and an endeavor is made to explain their exile from Pakistan, when they have been living here for forty years, and their two generations, after getting educated here, are acting as ambassadors between the two countries. At the end of this chapter, the difficulties and dangers waiting for the refugees, in case they return to Afghanistan, are presented. In this situation, it is not without risk to send them there by force, as the situation in Afghanistan is getting worse by the day. They had run for their life from an infidel Russia, and now, in the form of NATO, a force of forty non-Muslim countries do not hesitate in committing any oppression. Therefore, it is not right to send them there.
