Abstract
My topic is as under: In the light of the Islamic Virtual System, the conditions for appointment of heads in state institutions. Islam is a complete rule. The state of Madina in Islam is the state whose ruler Muhammad Mustafa ruled for nearly a thousand years. The West of West has never been able to discuss the Islamic system rule, so it is important to present the world with the system of Islam today. The solution to the global civil, economic, moral and political crisis created in contemporary times again Looking for ideological principles. And repeat the world that the Islamic system of world crisis is in rule if the heads of Islamic principles are set and the heads of themselves can adopt Islam's principles, the country can become an ideological ruler of an ideal rule. The country's development and stability is not possible without adopting the rules and conditions laid down for the Islamic State. The world's system of governance and the Islamic State for the Islamic world, especially the world and worldly events resulting in global expeditions, is the case of Islam. I will try to explain in the light of Sunnah light. This article will be useful for many people. My article consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the Islamic State, the beginning and evolution and characteristics. The second chapter introduces the democratic state, the beginning and evolution, the composition and the basic ideology. In the third chapter the research of the Islamic State and the democratic state institutions has been reviewed, while the fourth chapter in Islamic and Muslim state-owned institutions has been analyzed the research of the rules of the appointment.
