The term “New World Order” is not just some idea coined
by conspiracy theorists to describe change in the organization and
distribution of wealth and power in the world but it is instead a
term used by elitist politicians to describe their own philosophy
and plans. It is a planning that is contrived to rule over the world
and to eradicate the religious, moral, ethical, social values of the
countries. Moreover, this charter is contrived to control the
economic, judicial, political systems and specially the currency
and money trade of the different countries of the world.

affiliation Of Islam.

New World Order in Pakistan and their Cessation” will
highlight the effects on New World Order on Pakistan. It will

and their policies in the Modern world.

Islam is the religion of peace and security and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is the
Prophet of peace and security. Allah has sent a messenger to every nation whose purpose
was to make the Ahkam divine true to its people. And as far as human and religion are
concerned, the study of human history shows that the humanity and religion have had a
very deep connection in every era. And this relationship has not only been the source of
spirituality between man and God, but it is also remaining the force through which the
relations of humanity are formed in society, there is a deep connection between religion
and civilization. So, it would not be inappropriate to say that civilization happened on
religion. If civilization is to be seen in the world with respect to religion, then Hinduism is
the third largest religion in the world after Islam and Christianity with most of its followers
in India. But Hindus as a minority are living in almost all the countries of the world.
After the partition of the subcontinent and the establishment of Pakistan, the third
largest population of the country belongs to the Hindu religion and while in Pakistan, the
Hindu community is getting all the rights that the Muslim population of Pakistan has.
Because the religion of Islam has also regularly determined the rights of non-Muslims and
placed great emphasis on their payment.
During the Prophet's (PBUH) time there were non-Muslim minorities whose rights
were regularly determined and comprehensive measures were taken to fulfil those rights.
Even during the rule of the Khulfa-e-Rashiden, minorities were continuously treated
equally. As far as the Hindu minority in Pakistan is concerned, according to the teachings
of Islam and the constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, they have all the protections
which includes religious, social, economic and political freedom as well as sociocultural
rights. Thus, it can be said that the Hindu community in Pakistan has more rights than the
problems they face and the solution to the rest of the problems can be find in the light of
Islamic teachings. In addition, the Government of Pakistan should take such practical steps
that can solve their problems in a timely manner.

Contemporary Islamic Banking and the Views of Scholars
Many scholars and practitioners noticed many problems in the operation of the
traditional Western model of the banking system. Among this dramatically changed
banking environment, attention turns to Islamic banking as an emerging force in the
last three decades. Pakistan is an Islamic country and every system here, be it
economic, social, educational, or political, must be subject to Islam. No system other
than Islam can guarantee our well-being. The interest rate system, which is a product
of the West, is deeply ingrained in our economy. It has weakened not only our
economy but also our manpower. Islamic Banking is an alternative to Traditional
Banking.
Both Islamic and Traditional types of banks include activities such as money
transaction, issuing loans and agency services. However, their methods are quite
different from each other. Traditional Banks transact money on an interest-bearing
basis, while Islamic Banks operate on an interest-free system. Islamic financing
methods are introduced for investing in Islamic Banks.
Today, Islamic Banking has become a controversial issue. Some scholars
support the Islamic Banking system, while others disagree with it. However, the
people are hesitant about these two different views. This research work is an attempt
to bring forward the views closest to the Qur’an and Hadith on this issue, in order to
find solutions to the problems and obstacles faced in adapting the country’s economic
system to Islam.
The article has four chapters. The first chapter deals with the need and
importance of banking, the Shariah foundations of Islamic banking and the history of
Islamic Banking in Pakistan, while the next three chapters deal with the rules and
regulations of the Islamic banks financings such as Mudaraba, Musharaka and Ijarah,
contains their common forms and their comparison and analysis.
The research uses the qualitative research method. After studying the relevant
material, the researcher has come to the conclusion that the current method of
financing has been introduced in the form of Mudaraba, Musharaka and Ijarah, in
view of the modern requirements, which are correct from shariah point of view but
need further improvements. However, critics differ on these modern forms of Islamic
banking.
To this end, I recommend that the scholars be seated on a bench and the
scholarly differences between them be resolved so that the people who are divided
into two groups can come out of this division and those who are reluctant to keep
money in Islamic banks can invest in Islamic banks.

گمراہی کے اسباب، اثرات اور تدارک (قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ)
Misguidance is a multi-faceted evil that enters human life
in various shapes and affects it badly. Therefore, an equally
comprehensive framework is needed to prevent and address this,
which not only identifies its various forms but also ensures its
elimination and prevention.
Basic sources such as the Qur'an and Sunnah are in
Arabic, and depending on the depth of the Arabic language, the
word ضالis used in many different meanings. Therefore, in the
first chapter, in the light of Arabic and Urdu dictionaries and
opinions of the commentators, those meaning of misguidance
have been clarified which is contrary to guidance i.e the right
path. At the same time, examples have been taken from the
Qur'an and Sunnah where the word ضالhas been used in the
sense of misguidance and contrary to guidance.
The second chapter not only identifies social, economic
and political errors, but also clarifies the causes of these errors.
Third chapter explains how misguidance affects a person's
individual, collective and otherworldly life. In the fourth and
final chapter, a strategy has been proposed for the prevention
and remediation of misguidance. In formulating this strategy,
special emphasis has been made to implement a remedial
program in a pragmatic manner under the auspices of the state.
There are many aspects of this topic and each aspect is
worth researching to make the best plans against the
misguidance. So, different types of misguidance, such as denial
of God in terms of beliefs and thoughts, obscenity in terms of
society, and absolute dictatorship in terms of politics, as well as,
causes and sources of these errors, all of these issues are so
wide-ranging and these topics seems to be a vast field of
research. By closely examining them, humanity can be saved
from their perditions. Key Words: Guidance, Misguidance,
cuases, remedies, social, economic and political.

Contemporary Forms of contempt of Islam: Causes and Effects
(A study in context of national and international legal framework)
The phenomenon of contempt of Islam is not a novel trend. Islam, its figures and
teachings have been ridiculed since early ages of its advent. The trend has only changed
its shapes with passage of time and space. In the modern age, various forms and
philosophies of the contempt of Islam have sprung with attractive and seductive names.
On the one hand, there are atheistic ideologies which not only negate the existence and
role of any Divine power but also mock the Islamic concept of Divinity. On the other
hand, Deistic movements are also there which come up with the idea of rejection of
revelation and the life after death. Yet another prevalent phenomenon is of projecting
secularism while simultaneously mocking respectful religious figures in the name of
“Freedom of Expression”. The champions of Feminism are also aimed at ridiculing
Islamic teachings with flowery name of women rights. Modernism and Postmodernism
are the intellectual and philosophical ornamentations to make fun of everything
attached to Islam. With those who are skeptic and critic of the Glorious Qur’an, there
is a considerable number of orientalists who come up with ever new objections
regarding Islam every second day. Yet there are also those who have disrespectful
behavior towards the companions of the Holy Prophet (pbuh). In addition to their
individual appeal, all these philosophies, movements and figures preach their stance
using print electronic and particularly, social media. Their impact is not restricted to
the non-Muslims only. Rather Muslim societies also face this phenomenon. Print media
tools including newspapers, magazines, journals and books are effective in this regard.
In the area of electronic media, movies, computer and mobile games are systematically
used to mock Islam. Blogs, twitter and Facebook posts, YouTube videos and
WhatsApp, as the key social media platforms, are part of this virtual war. In this context,
it is of vital significance to defend Islam, its teachings and its figures at ideological as
well as intellectual fronts. This study, after giving an account of the historical context
of contempt of Islam, goes on to analyze the factors and causes which work as a catalyst
to give birth to the act of mockery. It further investigates the ideologies and
philosophies which are at forefront to make fun of Islam. The study not only explains
the present forms of the contempt of Islam, but also gives a detailed account regarding
the elements and figures which are presently under attack due to their connection with
Islam. Furthermore, it identifies those elements which are responsible to facilitate the
contempt of Islam. The research attempts to answer the questions regarding the
existence of national and international legal framework which could possibly contain
such hateful agenda and barriers in the implementation of this legal framework. While
suggesting the potential role of executive, parliament, judiciary and academia to
eradicate the contempt of Islam, the study concludes with recommendations and
suggestions which have the ability to play an effective role in this regard.

بچوں کی تعلیم و تربیت میں سماجی عوامل کا کردار اور اثرات (اسلامی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں جائزہ)
Children are the guarantors of the survival of human society. They are born innocent,
sinless and sound in nature. Then the social factors around them (parents, family and
friends, educational institutions, mosque, media and the environment) directly or
indirectly affect their education training and dominate them. Of course, all these factors
are important but the social factors that affect the education and upbringing of children
like parents, educational institutions, mosque and media have been covered in the thesis.
The purpose of study is to examine the role of these factors and consequent effects in this
regard and to suggest possible measures and action plans to improve the role of these
factors. This research is divided into four chapters. The first chapter examines the role
and influence of parents. The second chapter describes the role of educational
institutions. The third chapter deals with the role of the mosque. In the last chapter, the
positive and negative role of the media in the education and upbringing of children has
been described. In these chapters, the role of each factor has been reviewed statistically
and at the end possible steps have been derived and suggested to improve the role of
these factors. This thesis explores descriptive and analytical methods of research and with
the help of questionnaires from primary class IV and V children, the role and effects of
these factors have been learned and their derivation has come to light in the light of
information .The dignified parents and children have a positive effect on the personality
of children and even education and upbringing have been provided in the mosques.
Similarly, where the media has a positive effect on the children, its negative
consequences also affect it. With the results in the mind the suggestions and
recommendations are given. Parents can give their children full time so that they can stop
being part of any negative activity. The Government and relevant institutions should
bring to the fore every capable teacher and curriculum that reflects worldly needs and
Islamic values. PEMRA should take stern action against journalists who speak without
investigation.
Issuance and circulation of Money: A Comparative Study of Islamic and Conventional Monetary Policy
Sustainability of modern economies requires active and prudent macro-management
through fiscal and monetary interventions by the regulators. Regulators attempt to influence
real economy through monetary policy instruments which target a desired level of money
supply in economy. Monetary policy instruments observe different restrictions and conditions
on various financial markets and institutions, particularly on banks, to achieve monetary and
economic stability at internal and external levels. Monetary policy instruments and their
efficiency is largely linked with operationality of interest rate either directly or indirectly.
Invention of money is the most striking achievement in human history. Through the process
of innovation, money has evolved from barter to digital form in hands with evolution of
human civilization. The circulation of money in the economy affects key factors of the
economic activities and social features like production, distribution, and consumption of
goods and services. According to the modern economists the role of money is not limited to
medium of exchange rather it significantly impacts the real economy. Therefore, study of
money and monetary policies is one of the basic and important fields of economics and is
considered to be the most important to achieve the goals of successful economy. For this
purpose, every country has a central bank that is charged with the responsibility to issue and
regulate money in the economy for a sustainable economic system. Islamic monetary system
is no exception. The importance of money and monetary policies cannot be over emphasized
in modern Islamic monetary system. Therefore, shariah issues in money issuance and its
circulation has attracted the focus of Muslim jurists in juristic debates. Modern monetary
policies are generally based on interest and other factors prohibited by Islam. However, in
international global financial system, the economies of Muslim countries cannot remain
indifferent towards the monetary system and policies as applied in most of the countries of the
world. Hence, there is need of Shariah analysis of conventional monetary policy and its
comparison to Islamic monetary policy as introduced by some contemporary Muslim jurists.
The research aims to choose the extent of the applicability of financial and monetary policy
tools within the framework of Islamic economic system in the light of Islamic legal
instruction. This study proceeds with the discussion on concept of money in conventional and
Islamic economic system. Moreover, a comparative study of supply and demand for money
has been examined. The concept of an Islamic central bank and monetary policy tools in
comparison with conventional monetary policy has also been discussed. The research
methodology that has been used in this research is analytical, qualitative, and comparative
study between conventional and Islamic thought followed by the deductive and inductive
approach together to arrive at the results of the study. The study found that an Islamic central
bank can work and implement monetary policies compatible with shariah avoiding interest
and other practices prohibited by shariah. There are sufficient monetary policy tools and ways
for a modern Islamic economic system. The authorities of the Muslim countries should
implement Islamic monetary policy and avoid interest and other non-shariah compliant
practices.
مسلم ریا ستوں اور حکام کی تکفیر (شریعت اور خارجی فکر کےتناظر میں)
The state and the rulers are the two basic things that the people of any society
need to achieve a dignified place in the pages of history by asserting
themselves. A society that cannot adopt these two things or protect its
legitimacy will never survive in the pages of history. In this context, when we
look at Islam as a complete code of life, human life. It offers a brilliant,
beautiful and in accordance with human nature, Shariah, rational and logical
solution to all the issues and problems related to Islam. Emphasizes Because
for the implementation of the true religion, it is necessary to have power,
authority and dominance. The establishment and domination of religion are
not possible with mere advice. As well as striving for the establishment and
consolidation of the Muslim state, Islam discourages people from living
without it, highlighting the importance of the amir, wali or ruler.
The greatest tactic used by Islam to disintegrate and defeat a Muslim
society has been to ideologically hollow out the roots of that society or state
and to spoil the relations of the people with their rulers. In this regard, the
fatwas of takfir and the role of the class authorities play a major role.
Challenging the authority of Muslim states and Muslim rulers at the moment,
this fitna of takfir and exodus, which has created chaos in Islamic countries,
is based on the misdeeds of Muslim rulers and on the one hand declares them
infidels and on the other hand, a Muslim state based on the existing laws,
declaring infidelity as infidelity, fighting against it or committing terrorism is
considered as jihad. Along with other Islamic countries, dear homeland
Pakistan is a special target of the people of this tribe.
In this thesis, research work has been done on this most important and
sensitive subject in the light of the Quran and Hadiths of the Prophet (peace
and blessings of Allah be upon him). On the other hand, the introduction,
history, aims and objectives and arguments of the leaders of Takfir and Exodus
have been mentioned in the light of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Mentioning the
efforts and measures taken for the prevention of Takfir, suggestions and
recommendations have been given for the permanent prevention of the fitna
of Takfir of state and rulers. The research style of this thesis is descriptive and
analytical.

activism in a form of resentment. The research revolves around Islāmic thought, the concern
of APWA regarding women’s rights and feminist approach while dealing with these women
related debates. The in-depth analysis is carried out and for strengthening the stance; further
