| عہد نبوی کی تجارتی سرگرمیاں اور عصر حاضر میں ان سے استفادہ (فقہ السیرہ کی روشنی میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ) | Trade and business has a vital role in Islam. Qualities of a trader is briefly discussed in Quran and Sunnah. This thesis (Trading activates in the era of Holy prophet PBUH and its contemporary benefits) discusses trade before Islam, trade rules, Holy prophets trade and there trade encouragements. It also enlightens trade, industry and handicrafts of companions of Holy prophet PBUH. Qualitative method has been applied in this research. After literature review this research concludes that The Prophet did not consider hard work as a disgrace, but through it he earned his livelihood and set the models in business and trade, by adopting which we can improve our economic condition. He and his companions adopted means of occupation, employment, business and trade in every field including trade, industry, handicrafts, agriculture and through it not only promoted mutual cooperation but also provided full financial support to the poor sections of the society. It is suggested that by acting on the golden economic principles laid by our beloved prophet and his companions, we should be able to achieve our goals in the field of economics in this world and it will also enlighten our life in the eternal world and we can get financial superiority which will lead Muslims to get hold politically in the world. | ما دیت کے بڑھتےہوئے رجحانات و اثرات اور ان کا تدارک (فکر اسلامی کی روشنی میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ) | Increasing effects of materialism are the cour reason of current human societies. Whole world is suffering by it. It is effecting human life from different angles. Day by day it changes its shapes and methods. People are agnorently suffering by it. So, it is need of the time to point out negative effects of materialism and to give its original solutions. This was the reason to choose this topic for my Ph.D thesis. This thesis comprises of five chapters, tables of contents and bibliography. The study includes introduction of the subject, its importance, fundamental questions, targets and objectives of the research, its hypothesis, literature review and research methodology. The subject matter is divided into five chapters and each chapter is futher divided into three sub-units. The first chapter is about historical development of materialism. Where Islamic concepts of material and its need of life are discussed. The difference between materialism and spiritualism is also elaborated. The second chapter is about tendencies, movements and modern forms of materialism. The study focusses on the ideas and tendencies which are the basic reasons of materialism and its modern forms. The third chapter is about effects of the materialism on religion and moral system and presents its solutions in the liht of Quran and Sunnah, by pointing out the key area in religion’s actuaries. The fourth chapter is about effects of materialism on social and economic systems and discusses the solutions. The fifth and the last chapter is about effects of materialism on educational and political system. The study tries to discuss the possible solutions. I hope that اِنشاء اللہthis effort will play a revolutionary role to create changes and awareness in the society |

| امثال القرآن کی جہتیں اور عصری معنویت( تجزیاتی مطالعہ) | The Quran is the most read-Book in the world, revealed by Allah Almighty to prophet Muhammad (SAWS) and revered by Muslims as being Allah’s final scripture and. its words have been lovingly recited, memorized and implemented by Muslims of every nationality ever since. Therefore, the Holy Quran gives examples for refining of Soul, betterment of Morality, Correction of believes, and play every effective role in guiding for success and improvement. Importance of examples Cannot be denied for quick teaching, learning, explanation and eradicating confusions. The best examples are the one given in the Holy Quran. The Quran is the source guide the purpose of parables in Quran is to get a lesson. In each instance there. is knowledge to mankind, it possesses a particular utility. This thesis explains deeply about the importance of Similitude of the Quran. The thesis that I am an going to present here is essentially analytical which has been divided into five chapters. The first chapter deals with the meanings of significance of the Quranic parables. It also shed light on the need, importance, rationality and aims and objectives of these idioms. The Second Chapter discusses the meanings of Quranic idioms with reference to beliefs and are interpreted in contemporary issues. The Third Chapter deals with Quranic examples pertaining to different aspects of worships. The forth chapter sheds light on Quranic concepts of humans as “Social Being’s” and the indviuals interactions with Society. The fifth chapter speaks about the impacts of Quranic Parables on ethics and adapting to reach other Communities for preaching. In the conclusion, benefits of this research, proposals and recommendations have been highlighted. |

| مدارسِ بنات کی تعلیمی اور فلاحی خدمات : ضلع سوات کے منتخب اداروں كا جائزہ | District swat is situated in the Malakand division of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. It is the 15th largest district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. It is a natural geographic region. This valley is famous for beauty in all over the Pakistan. It is the high-altitude tourist destination located in the northwest mountains. It has a reputation for its spectacular natural beauty includes breathtaking diverse landscape, natural wildlife, lush forests, fresh water lakes, river, springs, waterfalls, pleasant weather and impressive high peak mountains. This all collectively makes it a safe haven for tourism in Pakistan. In this short thesis, the educational and welfare services of some famous and selected religious institutions of district Swat have been written which comprises of prefaces, three chapters, results, recommendation, conclusion and contents. Chapter No. 1 is comprised of history, geography, religious history and the present situation of district Swat. The argument is based on what is the crux of the history of swat and when the religious education for females was started and enhanced in Swat. Then the detailed introduction of the administrators of all the selected religious institutions for females has been mentioned. And at the end, the religious institutions for females have been introduced with comprehension. Chapter No. 2 is specified for the educational services of the four selected religious institutions. It has been discussed that how many female students are graduates from every religious institute and in the present, what services they are engaged in for the educational welfare of society. At the end, the problems which these religious institutions are facing regarding administration, training issues and academic issues have been discussed and also their possible solutions have been recommended. Chapter No 3 deals with the welfare services of the four selected religious institutions for females of district Swat. The graduates after graduating from these four selected institutes render their services in teaching to make themselves financially independent and proving themselves very helpful for the society by increasing the literacy rate in females and spreading the awareness in society through educating them. |

| پاکستانی مسیحی کمیونٹی کے عائلی وسماجی مسائل اور ان کا حل ( آئین پاکستان اور اسلامی تعلیمات کی روشنی میں ) | Social and Matrimonial Issues of Christian Minority and Their Solutions (In the light of the Constitution of Pakistan and Islamic Teachings) This study highlights the main societal and family issues faced by the Christian community in Pakistan. Christians have existed in the Subcontinent for centuries. They played a vital role in the inception of Pakistan, under key Christian leaders like Diwan Bahadur SP Singha who took an active part in the Tehreek-e-Pakistan. During the Pakistan Movement, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah himself emphasized religious freedom and equality in his vision for Pakistan. Additionally, the Constitution of 1973 grants nonMuslim minorities equal citizen status and ensures their rights, including freedom of property, education, language, and culture. The Department of Human Rights and Minority Affairs has also been established to oversee any allegations of human rights violations. Yet the Christian community faces significant discrimination in Pakistan. Many Pakistani Christians feel that they are not assured their fair share of jobs at the federal and provincial levels. A related grievance is that the quota for minorities in educational institutions is not being fully implemented. On the societal level, Christians are generally regarded as lower-class citizens because many of them occupy menial jobs in the sanitation industry. In terms of residence, most Christians in Pakistan live in slums where they lack easy access to basic necessities of life. Moreover, there are many cases of forced evictions, displacements, and terrorism. Christians also feel threatened by biased interpretations and misuse of the blasphemy law. Forced marriages and conversions are also a critical issue, particularly in Punjab and Sindh. Conversely, Islam presents the most comprehensive and ideal teachings for an equalitarian and just society, free from any discrimination and compulsion. Along with the teachings of Islam, Pakistani law also guarantees religious freedom to every citizen. The disparity lies in implementation of these laws, which should be rectified so that all minorities enjoy equal status in Pakistan. | مدارج النبوت( شیخ عبد الحق محدث دہلوی) اور بذل القوۃ ( مخدوم محمد ہاشم ٹھٹھوی )کے مباحثِ غزوات کا تجزیاتی مطالعہ | Islam guides its believers in all spheres of life, even those related to individual or collective matters of life. After the end of the Book of Samawiyyah and the Prophets, this guidance urged us to acquire the basic sources of Islam. One of these basic sources is the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him). The study of the biography in the subcontinent has developed rapidly in the twentieth century following the trend of doing so in the light of jurisprudence. What are the hidden wisdoms in military, international and da'wah matters? The biographers have tried their best to reveal the wisdoms in their own way and on this basis the biographers have deduced innumerable rules and issues from the events of the biography. The subject is related to jihad in two books of Sira (Madarij al-Nabawat and Bazl al-Qawwa). The purpose of jihad is to exalt the word of Allah. Jihad is mentioned in some Madani Surahs of the Holy Qur'an His civil life which consists of about ten years, twenty-seven expeditions and cents Les Saraya is a perfect reflection of the fact that he fought for the exalted word of Allah. My thesis consist of four chapters and every chapter has three sections.First chapter is all about author of books with rules and regulations of books. Second chapter is about pray of shuhda and semae-muta, Third chapter is about problems encountered in battles, Fourth chapter is abouat charity, booty and wealth (Sadqat, Mal-e-ghanimat and Mal-e-fai). In these battles, Sahib-i-Madarij-ul-Nabwat and Bazl-ul-Qawwa have mentioned many issues and also explained the differences and opinions of the jurists.In addition to the battles in the books of Sirah, jurisprudential issues can be worked on the topics of the whole book.There may be jurisprudential work on specific books of sirah but not on all books. |

| حسن معاشر ت سے انحراف کی وجوہات اور تدارک (صحیحین کی کتاب الادب کی روشنی میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ ) | Interaction creates a society. All human beings in a society are dependent on each other. The reason for this is that human rights are intertwined in the case of proper payment of these rights, the memories of man remain. The research has been compiled in the light of two books of hadith, )Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim's Kitab Al-Adab).The hadith which are related to good manners have been collected from these books. And by making different chapters, the relevant hadiths have been mentioned under these chapters. Some hadith mention deviations from various aspects of good manners, while some point out the reasons for these deviations. Similarly, in some hadith, it is encouraged to adopt good manners by bringing good qualities. If we try to adopt these virtues, we can avoid the disadvantages of deviating from society. The reasons and characteristics mentioned in the hadiths are related to the present situation. In the light of the famous Shuroohaat of Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, the possible ways to avoid all these defects have been highlighted. Qualitative and descriptive method has been applied in this research. After literature review this research that there are effects of good manners on human society including obedience to Allah and His Messenger, unity of human race, unity of thoughts, establishment of peace, justice, equality and dignity of Human is involved. Due to their negligence, the society lacks good manners. |

| اسلامی ممالک میں رؤیت ہلال کا طریقہ کار (مطالع کے اعتبار سے تقابلی مطالعہ) | This research is about “Methods of Moon sighting in Muslim Countries (Comparative studies of moonrise)”. Time is an important aspect of life. Our religion Islam also tells us the importance of time as many Ibadaat depends on it. For the last 1442 years, the Muslim year starts with the observing of moonrise for the same land in which sighting is held. But due to the vast expansion of civilization and different aerial atmospheres, the problem of moon sighting become a global issue for Muslims because the visual and vision of the moon differ from place to place and the method of moon sighting differs from country to country. Sometimes even in the same country we can find followers of multiple religious belief disagreeing with each other regarding the problem of moon sighting. Defining the causes for the adoption of different methods of moon sighting according to the Islamic commands is the key discussion of this thesis. In this research the fundamentals of Islamic commands regarding the methods of moon sighting which is adopted by some major Islamic countries is discussed. Different lunar phases and the Comparison of contemporary methods which are used by Muslim observers with in the selected Muslim countries will be discussed. There is a lack of collaboration of modern methods for determining the birth of the moon and actual sighting, to fill this gap the scientific ruling about the moon evolution is elaborated. The birth of the new moon is different in different aerial atmospheres. With the help of scientific methods, the birth of new moon can be estimated using different trigonometric assessments and satellite readings which helps in the actual sighting of the moon. Some countries like Indonesia only use the scientific method for the estimation of new moon but there are some countries which uses these estimation method to help them in physical sighting of the moon in a very optimized way which leads other countries to follow them in starting their lunar month |

| پاكستان ميں ہوم فنانسنگ: روایتی و اسلامی بینکاری كا تجزیہ وتقابُل | It is a fact that house includes in the basic necessities of a human to live in today’s world. Its shortage is a major problem in whole world especially in less developed countries including Pakistan. A man uses all his resources and life-savings to build his own house. Now-a-days, building a house is a difficult task as it requires a lot of money. Man seeks this money and resources to meet his need. One of the most important of these resources is the bank and people resort to the bank to meet this need. In Pakistan, both islamic and traditional type of banks provide the facility of home financing. However, their methods of home financing are different from each other. Islamic banks provide interest free loans, which are convenient for a common man and also fulfills the principles of Islam. At present, home financing in Islamic banks has become a controversial issue. Some Islamic scholars support it while others are not satisfied with its method. Due to this reason, people are hesitant about these two different views that either they can choose Islamic home financing or not. This research work is focusing on home financing needs in Pakistan and analyzes the existing model of Islamic home financing along with comparison of traditional home financing in the light of Quran and Hadith. This thesis has four chapters. The first chapter states the meaning and background of home financing. It also describes the need and importance of home financing in Pakistan. The second chapter states the home finance facilities, Their Method and their Shariah point of view. The third chapter deals with Islamic banks and their method of home financing. The fourth and last chapter of thesis addresses the comparison between method of home financing in Islamic and traditional banking. It also narrates the steps to harmonize home financing of traditional institutions with Islamic banking. The research uses the qualitative research method. After studying the relevant material the researcher has come to the conclusion that the current method of home financing in Islamic banks has been introduced in the form of Musharaka, Mutanaqsa and Ijara, in view of modern requirements, which are correct from Shariah point of view. |

On the other side .the western civilization captured the horizon of the world .it was the beginning of the 19th century when the Muslim around the world went influence undor the western civilization the values and tradition of Islamic civilization were considered as hackneyed both mentally and practically in Turkey ,due to the impact of Ataturk and in the sub-continent due to the influence of English imperialism ,the Muslims started to imitate western civilization in the dress, food dialect values and was of living etc .western values and tradition became benchmark of decency and courtesy. in the contemporary era, modern man of communication have played a negative role in this respect.TV dramas and commercials have made female-sex only a show piece.Eastren tradition are openly criticized On the other hand ,Islam teaches its followers a life based on decency and discipline in all the walks of life under Siratunnabi (SAW). This study “Revival of Islamic Civilization in Pakistani Society(An Analytical Study in the Light of Sira-e-Taiba)” consists of four chapters and a case.There are three parts in each chapter The first chapter introduces the characteristics and effects of Islamic civilization. The second chapter contains the prophetic principles of the revival of Islamic civilization. The third chapter deals with the analysis of Pakistani consultation. The fourth chapter contains the internal and external barriers and their remedies have been mentioned. Furthermore, it forbids all kind of cruelty, violence, murder, brutality, and giving pain to any living creature. However, contrary to his teachings, the way his followers have targeted the Rohingya Muslims with violence and atrocities only shows how little they follow Gautam Buddh. After its vast preaching movements in such important Asian powers as China and Japan and bringing them in its fold, Buddhism declined. Islam reached Arakan, Burma in 7th century. Trader Muslim used to trade here. Being influenced by their good conduct and because of their preaching, the local population started to convert to Islam. Gautam Buddh's followers, who preach love for humanity, have shamed humanity in Myanmar. International community, including Muslim states, is condoling the condition of Rohingya Muslims. Since last few decades, thousands of muslims in Myanmar have been killed; hundreds of muslim women have been violated and kids killed. Muslims have left their hearth and home to take refuge in Bangladesh. After Burma‘s independence, being politically empowered, Buddhists started to kill thousands of Muslims. Rohigya are deprived of basic human rights and are forced to live in temporary and refugee camps. The exercise of basic religious rites has been made extremely difficult for Rohingya Muslims, whether it is congregational prayer, Friday or Eid gathering, sacrifice or pilgrimage, or establishment of seminaries, all religious activities have been made hard. Only by adopting the Seerati-Nabi can there be peace and end of disorder in a society. All teachings of Buddhism help one overcome the difficulties of life. By understanding and acting upon those teachings, Burmese Government should give rights to the minorities. The forced displacement of Rohingya population seeks a political solution. Until a solution is found to this problem, the welfare contribution of various local and international organizations will remain important. | فلاحی معا شرہ کے قیام میں صدقات نافلہ کا کردار | The Role of Favored Charity (Sadqāt-e-Nāfila) in Stability of the Welfare Society Charity is a Mustahab (favored) and supererogatory act of worship in Islam. In Islam System of worship of worship, whatever wealth is given to the poor and needy for the pleasure of Allah, it is charity. The great virtues and rewards of charity have been mentioned in the Holy Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet (PBUH). As we know very well, Islam is a religion of human welfare and social Justice. Therefore, Islam teaches us to give voluntary alms and charity to the deserved and depressed people of the society. In this way Islam wants to help the poor and needy of the society that they can live their lives happily and smooth. This dissertation is divided into three chapters and each chapter is divided into three Fasool (sub-Chapters). The 1st Chapter Contains the Meaning, concept wisdom and Types of the charity, the 2nd Chapter Comprises the Role of Charity (Sadqat) in Strengthening the Welfare Society and the third chapter covers the effects of charity in the stability of social life .It’s perceived that there are many rewards and worldly benefits of the voluntary charity that positively affect the human life. It is also concluded that it can also avert the miseries and sufferings of human life. Therefore, it is suggested that we should make it a habit in our lives to do charity ourselves and to teach and encourage others to do this virtuous act. It can be avoided if its types and symptoms are understood. Then let's look at the causes of depression and how it affects a person's life. Women develop depression more quickly than men. A person who gets depression can be eliminated by Islamic teachings. The purpose of this thesis is to present a review through research which examines the causes, effects and prevention of depression from an analytical point of view the light of Islamic teachings presents answers to all the questions for which the research edited title has been selected. After research, answers to all these questions are presented in each chapter. Although no formal research paper has been written on the said subject, partly some of the thesis appears to be some medium or indirect research work. The thesis presents the causes of depression and their solution in the light of Quran and Sunnah. It also describes the principles of remedies after reviewing depression in the light of expert opinions from a scientific point of view and experiences of psychologists. The first chapter describes the meaning, command and types of depression. Chapter two discusses the causes and causes of depression. The main causes of depression are mentioned in it. Chapter three examines the effects of depression, its intellectual impact on how depression affects human thinking and its effects on the human heart and mind. How a patient with depression morally separates from society and begins to live and feel lonely. Chapter four seeks a solution to depression in the light of Islamic teachings. This chapter examines Islamic teachings how Islamic teachings have helped human beings to live healthy life. |

Hazrat Muhammad ( PBUH )is the last prophet of Allah.There are numerous events that exemplify the prophet,s character .He preached the people in makkah and Madina .The prophet (PBUH ) spread teachings of Islam through dialogue and tolerance .He treated the people with love.The events played a defining role in which , one of the most important is dawat methodology in Madni era . Because of the noble character of the holy prophet Islam spread in the world . In modern times ,in order to convey the universal message of Islam, there are many challenges and problems .It is necessary for the da,wah of Islam to understand the prophetic methodology of da,wah in Madni era .The holy quran has explained the prophetic methodology of preaching .Dawah to Allah is the sunnah of the prophet ( saw ) and today this responsibility is to be fulfilled by the Muslim ummah . The present research focuses on Madni methodology of dawah because the desired result can not be attened by neglecting the methodology of dawat . There is a need to revise the dawat methodology and preachings . |
