Abstract Islam guides its believers in all spheres of life, even those related to individual or collective matters of life. After the end of the Book of Samawiyyah and the Prophets, this guidance urged us to acquire the basic sources of Islam. One of these basic sources is the biography of the Prophet (peace be upon him). The study of the biography in the subcontinent has developed rapidly in the twentieth century following the trend of doing so in the light of jurisprudence. What are the hidden wisdoms in military, international and da'wah matters? The biographers have tried their best to reveal the wisdoms in their own way and on this basis the biographers have deduced innumerable rules and issues from the events of the biography. The subject is related to jihad in two books of Sira (Madarij al-Nabawat and Bazl al-Qawwa). The purpose of jihad is to exalt the word of Allah. Jihad is mentioned in some Madani Surahs of the Holy Qur'an His civil life which consists of about ten years, twenty-seven expeditions and cents Les Saraya is a perfect reflection of the fact that he fought for the exalted word of Allah. My thesis consist of four chapters and every chapter has three sections.First chapter is all about author of books with rules and regulations of books. Second chapter is about pray of shuhda and semae-muta, Third chapter is about problems encountered in battles, Fourth chapter is abouat charity, booty and wealth (Sadqat, Mal-e-ghanimat and Mal-e-fai). In these battles, Sahib-i-Madarij-ul-Nabwat and Bazl-ul-Qawwa have mentioned many issues and also explained the differences and opinions of the jurists.In addition to the battles in the books of Sirah, jurisprudential issues can be worked on the topics of the whole book.There may be jurisprudential work on specific books of sirah but not on all books.
