Title Abstract Action(s)
قرآن مجید کا اسلوب تبشیر وانذار (منتخب تفاسیر کی روشنی میں موضوعاتی مطالعہ) The Holy Qur'an is the eternal guidance ordained for all human beings, by the Creator Almighty and revealed to the last of the Prophets (PBUH). Its directives are as diverse and comprehensive as human life. It is inherent in human psychology to be motivated by good news about the future and feels demotivated on the basis of fear and warning of bad consequences. Therefore, the Holy Qur’an has used the same fact in its invitation to the human beings for the Way leading them to their Lord. The significance of this is evident from the fact that every prophet came and informed his people about the good tidings associated with doing good-deeds and warned against the evil end of avoiding the right path. The following research focusses Qur’anic principle of Tabsheer (Good Tidings as consequence of good deeds) and Inzar (Warnings against bad deeds as negative consequences) along-with its implications. The first chapter deals with the introductory analysis of Tabsheer o Inzar, as a term and phenomenon of Qur’anic communications. The second chapter discusses Prophets as being messengers of good news about good deeds and the bad news about bad deeds, as a consequence of human doings, in the life-hereafter. The third and fourth chapters focusses all verses of Qur’an, directly related to the topic and concludes the research on all possible connotations, implications and wisdom of this communication. One of the major purposes in this study of Qur’an has been to discover and present Qur’anic narratives on this subject, in a coherent form, from different aspects so that the desire for good deeds and deterrence of bad deeds may be established in the hearts.
اسلامی تصوف اور مستشرقین کے افکار: نکلسن ، گولڈزیہر اوراے جے آربری کا خصوصی مطالعہ Taṣūwuff, or Mysticism, is an essential field of the Islamic civilization. Islamic Taṣūwuff is to purify one's self from the vices and vices of morality and adorn oneself with morality's virtues. In other words, Islamic mysticism has effectively solved human psychological and moral problems with the cooperation of religion and spirituality. However, over time, when different civilizations came together after the spread of Islam, the real Islamic Taṣūwuff began to transform. The traditions of other faiths and their thoughts also influenced the Islamic Taṣūwuff. The different religious traditions caused non-Islamic elements to be included in Islamic Sufism. Therefore, orientalists have objections that Islamic Sufism is not based on purely Islamic teachings rather, it is based on religious traditions of Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism. In this research, the various thoughts and objections of orientalists have been analysed on Islamic Sufism. This thesis attempted to answer some questions about how various non-Islamic influences have affected Islamic Sufism. This study is divided into four chapters, Chapter 1 is about Sufism's reality, status, and evolutionary period. Chapter 2, discuss Islamic mysticism, connection of orientalists with Sufism and reasons for their objections. Chapter 3 discusses Nicholson, Ignaz Goldziher, and A. J. Arberry's accounts, relics, and orientalist thoughts, and the last chapter discuss an analysis of orientalist studies on Islamic Taṣūwuff. This study adopts a qualitative research paradigm with analytical research methodology to reach conclusion. The original text of oriental studies has been accessed and analyzed in the Islamic Context. This study assumes that a good number of studies of the orientalists focus on Sufism in general and especially on Islamic Mysticism. One more thing highlighted in the study that mostly orientalist studies observe Islamic Mysticism from sources or apologetic literature. Therefore, there is a need to understand the orientalists' voices carefully and make a comprehensive strategy to encounter them on the bases of Islamic Fundamental sources.
فقہ الجنائی میں سد الذرائع کا اطلاقی پہلو ( عصر حاضر کے تناظر میںتجزياتی مطالعہ) Islam has provided a system of punishments for the eradication of crime and corruption, which is playing an effective and active role in it.Criminal jurisprudence of Islamic system stops from committing sins and crimes and their fear as a Sadd -al- Zaraiah stands between man and crime. The Islamic Shari'ah has prescribed these punishments based on Qisas, Hadood, and Ta'zeer as a means to prevent sedition and corruption, oppression and aggression, murder and sabotage, and to suppress crime and oppression. In fact, the mechanism of Sadd -al- Zaraiah is working in the background of most criminal laws. Behind the punishments, the practical application of this principle seems to be driven.so the subject of of Sadd -al- Zaraiah is not only the crime, but his addressee is that specific psychological background also, where the seeds of crime grow. Sadd -al- Zaraiah is one of an effective tool for eliminating the causes of crimes in the principles of Islamic jurisprudence and an acknowledged secondery source of islamic law.In a number of issues in the Islamic Shari'ah, the principle of "Saad-Zarai has been taken into account. This rule is very important for in beliefs, worship, affairs and crimes, etc and the concept is based on the S̲ h̲ arīʿa’s tendency to prevent evil.Technically, it means blocking the permissible acts which lead to evil and it sets the rules to avoiding illegal matters and crimes. The importance of applied aspects of Sadd -al- Zaraiah in Criminal Jurisprudence can be gauged from the fact that its protects the objectives of the Shari'ah and affirms the principle, which is based on the attainment of good and the elimination of corruption. This principle can keep away the offender from committing a crime and eliminating the sources from society because this principle not only encourages the elimination of the causes of crime but also sets forth the rules and regulations for its prevention in precautionary arrangements. The principle plays an effective role in overcoming the problems facing the Muslim Ummah and Pakistan today. It is hoped that it would pave way for further research in the field. This thesis presents detailed arguments and evidence on the importance of applied aspects of Sadd -al- Zaraiah in Criminal Jurisprudence and that how to control the causes of crimes in Contemporary Context. The solution to this problem is described in the light of the principle of Islamic jurisprudence " Sadd -al- Zaraiah".
معاشرے کے امن و استحکام میں عفو و درگزر کا کردار اور عصری معنویت( قرآن و سنت کی روشنی میں تجزیاتی مطالعہ) Basically, man is a social animal; his supreme wish is to live with others in a peaceful way. Others provide him help in getting food, shelter and defense etc. Forgiveness is to forgive others and modern spirituality is to forgiving other by treating them well. Forgiveness is one of the fundamental qualities of ALLAH Almighty and it is also the Sunnah of all Holy Prophets (A.S). Forgiveness is the primary need of every person and all walks of life, such as economics, society, psychology, etc. On the earth, life is present due to forgiving others, without it the planet is full of mistakes and miseries. In a few seconds, life will be ended. The creator of the world provides the marvellous gift of forgiveness. He not only forgives human beings but also instructs them to forgive others because there is no substitute for it. The virtue and fruits of forgiveness are limitless, such as increased honour, wealth and age etc in the present world, while life in the hereafter, gifts are priceless and limitless. Man is so materialistic that he do not bear minor pains and miseries of other, want to take revenge and fights with them. Sometimes it creates disconnection for months and years. Due to technology, man is alone with lot of comforts and his life is limited to positions and wealth. On the other hand, people do less practice of Sunnah. Another thing is to say when forgiveness is taken out from humanity, only wildness remains. Its only solution is to forgive others. In this research study, analytical and applied methods are used along with practical applications. There are four chapters: In the first chapter, the introduction of society and peace is explained. In the second chapter forgiveness, its rules and range is described in the light of Quran & Sunnah. While third chapter, the fruits & benefits of forgiveness is elaborated according to Islamic teachings. In the fourth chapter moral and social lacks of forgiveness are discussed according to our community such as pride, anger, prejudice and cruelty, etc that leads to breaking the unity of the society and creating lawlessness. In the third part of this chapter, the modern spirituality of the forgiveness is provided in light of the Quran and Sunnah.

“Ideological and Political impacts of Globalization on Muslim States (An analytical study in contemporary scenario) The impact of globalization on Muslim states and societies has become a widely discussed subject. With Islam being the religion of 25% of the world population, it is much more than an issue of scholarly concern. A look at the history of Islam over the last few decades reveals that Muslim Ummah - a global society founded on common Islamic belief has now become a profound reality. Meanwhile, globalization has caused a valid impact on the Muslim world; both in political and ideological fields of Islamic Society. With the advent of the World Wide Web, worldwide transportation, exposure to publications, and growing awareness are already making Muslims mindful of their social as well as cultural diversity. The consequences of colonialism, as well as the rise of nationalist movements, led to dividing the Muslim community into more than 49 Islamic nations with different values and interests. As Muslims become more mindful of the rich heritage of the Islamic world, emerging developments facilitate stronger Ummah awareness or a stronger sense of connection to a global population of believing Muslims. This research focuses on the Ideological and political influences of globalization on the Muslim world. From the perspective of politics and state-affairs globalization has facilitated power and authorization of state upon nations, non-governmental organizations, and groups with the magnification of modern Western culture. The research analyzes the increase of technological development and electronic communication, through which the West led by America in hegemonizing ideology culture. Keeping in views, the phenomenon of globalization needs a deep critical appreciation of the challenges faced by the Muslim World. The following study has taken-up the same task ideological and political.

حافظ صلاح الدین یوسف کی خدمات حدیث کا تجزیاتی مطالعہ In the subcontinent, a large number of scholars and hadiths were always ready for the protection, transmission, and dissemination of hadith to face any temptations or problems in connection with hadith in the subcontinent. These Ulemas performed the duty of full service to the knowledge of Hadith in their respective eras, even till today this process continues and is forgotten due to the sacrifices of the predecessors. Hafiz Salahuddin Yusuf, a part of the chain of the same chain, also took Faiz from Bhojiani. He has not only vigorously defended the attacks on Hadith by the deniers of Hadith, but also rendered excellent services in the fields of translation, research, and facilitation of Hadith. He also held key positions in Pakistan. He was the adviser of the Federal Sharia Court until the end of 1988, i.e. his death. His academic and research publications are around 120. He wrote valuable research and critical books and articles on various aspects like tafseer, hadith, translations, defense of hadith, beliefs and worship, marriage and divorce, jurisprudence and jurisprudence, society and politics and court. Among his works, Tafsir's "Ahsan Al Bayan" gained the most fame. In this paper, Hafiz Salah al-Din Yusuf reviewed and revised the translations of Hadith, translations, and summaries of hadith, books of hadith, Hidayah al-Qari, Sahih al-Bukhari, and Riyaz al-Salihin, etc. Mention and review are presented. Hadith preservation, translations, and new aspects of Hadith and its effects on the new generation have been mentioned. The main goal of the hadith deniers was the legislative status of the Prophet ,صلى الله عليه وسلمthat the hadiths are personal sayings and opinions of his ,صلى الله عليه وسلمwhich are neither based on revelation nor are they to be believed in the light of the Qur’an, and divine revelation, is only from the Qur’an is inVII shape. “The Concept of Women Empowerment and Islamic Teachings: Analytical Study of Pakistani Society” This study examines the socio-religious factors influencing women's empowerment in a Pakistani society. Although Islam emphasizes equal rights for all, including women, concrete evidence is needed to support this claim. The research analyzes women's empowerment, Islamic teachings, and the Pakistani society, focusing on regional tendencies and contemporary trends. The study aims to dispel misconceptions about Islam's view on women's empowerment and explore the effects of Islamic teachings on Pakistani women. Data was collected through questionnaires from women in District Dir (Lower) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, supplemented with literature reviews. Multivariate analysis, including descriptive statistics and the Ordinary Least-Square approach, was used to assess the factors supporting women's empowerment. The results indicate that employment opportunities, household education levels, women's education, knowledge of Islam and women's rights, and access to healthcare positively impact women's empowerment. Factors such as fear of violence and larger household size have a negative relationship. The study recommends initiatives to improve women's access to education, healthcare, and employment, highlighting the importance of women's financial autonomy and capacity building. Further research is suggested to explore the influence of structural and geographical barriers on women's empowerment within an Islamic context.
ڈاکٹر اسرار احمد کا مجوزہ سیاسی لائحہ عمل اور عصر حاضر میں اس کے قابل عمل ہونے کے امکانات Dr. Israr Ahmed was renowned Islamic scholar who primarily advocated for the promotion Islamic rule of law. He made significant contribution to the ongoing debate on the political strategy required to establish rule of Islam in Pakistan. Dr. Israr utilized Islamic concept of Khilafat as a model for Islamic governance. He described the mission of Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمand then delved into the methodology, which includes six theoretical phases. The first phase involves Revolutionary Ideology and it’s preaching, followed by Organization in the second phase, and third phase focuses on the Training ) (تربیتof discipline. The fourth phase Passive resistance means to hold and wait, fifth phase represents of revolution is Active resistance when the required figure of individuals come into the being. The active resistance inevitably leads to an Armed Conflict, which serves as the final phase of the revolution. Among these phases, the first four occur simultaneously, while the last two practically encompass the second phase. According to Dr. Israr, in the context of evolving political systems, the reformist process in a Muslim state in the final phase should involve the launch of a non-violent, non-cooperative mass movement guided by individuals from the reformist party who meet specific criteria. Additionally, Dr. Israr Ahmed draws parallels between the strategy of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمand modern-day revolutionary movements, suggesting that the principles and methods employed by the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمcan be applicable to contemporary social and political struggles. He also emphasizes the need for Muslims to break down barriers and divisions among different sects, ethnicities, and nationalities, and to work together towards a common goal. Overall, Doctor Israr Ahmed envisions a peaceful Islamic revolution rooted in the teachings of Islam, focusing on establishing an Islamic political, social, and economic system that ensures social justice in contemporary time. Protest as a mean of driving system change requires collective action and collaboration among diverse organizations.
حجیت حدیث پر منتخب اردو تصا نیف کا تجزیاتی مطا لعہ The Qur'ān and the Sunnah have served as the primary sources of Islam. Together with the Qur’an, the statements and actions of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمform the basis of Islamic law and theology. Historically, all Islamic sects have acknowledged the necessity of hadiths, to understand the Qur'ān. Despite their many theological and legal differences, Muslim sects have all drawn from these two primary sources: the Qur’an, which is considered to be the direct word of God revealed to the Prophet ,صلى الله عليه وسلمand the Sunnah, which consists of the words and actions of the Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلمinspired by God. In other words, the hadith are reports about what the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلمsaid and did. Muslim jurists and hadith scholars use these reports (i.e., hadith) to understand the teachings of the Prophet ,صلى الله عليه وسلمwhich are called the Sunnah. Each hadith is a piece of data about the Prophet ;صلى الله عليه وسلمwhen collected, these data points paint a larger picture which is the Sunnah. All Muslim groups consider the Qur’an to be the most authentic and authoritative source, followed by the Sunnah. Because the Sunnah is needed in order to contextualize the Qur'ān, all Muslim groups have accepted the necessity of following hadith alongside the Qur’an. This view has been held by all known Muslim groups. It was not until the nineteenth century that a movement emerged that rejected the entire corpus of hadith and the authority of the Prophet .صلى الله عليه وسلمThis rejection of the entire hadith corpus stems from a mistrust in the historical preservation of hadith when compared to the Qur'ān or the fact that many hadith clash with modern sensibilities. In an attempt to bypass any fabrications and hadith that might contain discomfiting material, some have attempted to understand the Qur'ān on its own, without hadith. The validity of hadith has been discussed in selected books of which I have done an analytical study. My thesis consists of three chapters in which each chapter has three sub-chapters. In the first chapter, Hadith and Sunnah and its authenticity, in the second chapter, the science of Hadith and the evolution of the science of Hadith in the subcontinent have been discussed. The third chapter covers the analytical study of selected Urdu works on Hujeat Hadith. According to these selected works, the arguments of Hujeat are discussed so that today's Muslims and the young generation also know the importance of Hadith and in the minds of young generation the importance of Hadith, doubts related to this should also be removed. They are familiar with the hadiths of the Messenger of Allah in their intellectual, social and economic life.
تفسیرالمحرر الوجیزاور تفسیر أبی السعود میں مباحثِ سیرت:تجزیاتی مطالعہ The Holy Qur’ān and biography of Holy Prophet (PBUH) are source of guidance for all mankind till the day of resurrection. The practical picture of the Holy Qur’ān is in the blessed self of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). On this basis, Ḥaḍhrat ‘Āiyshā (may Allah plesead with her) says “The morals of the Holy Prophet are Qur’ān” : As if the source of the biography of Holy Prophet (PBUH) is the Holy Qur’ān and blessed life of our Holy Prophet (PBUH) has global and universal dimensions in context of its comprehensiveness and perfection. The reason for this is that Allah(swt) has bestowed upon him the honorable position of public discourse and the seal of the Prophets. Since blessed personality of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) was having comprehensive attributes, his life has been praised by the words of gooddeeds. The relationship between Holy Qur’ān and Sīrat-e-Ṭayyībah is very deep and the role of authentic interpretations is very important in the understanding of the Holy Qur’ān . In this regard, in this dissertation. An analytical study of the discourses have been done in the light of the authentic and common interpretations “Tafsīr-al-Muḥarr al-Wajīz” and “Tafsīr Abī as-Saud”. The scholarly position and rank of “Tafsīr-alMuḥarr al-Wajīz” is very high. In the same way the real name of “ Tafsīr Abī as-Saud” is “Irshad-ul-Aql al Seleem Ela mazaya-al-Quran-ul-Karim” it is also a famous Tafseer full of practical Points. Although, there is a diversity of topics in the above mentioned interpretations in this “Dissertation” only the analytical study of discourse has been done. This study adopts a qualitative research paradigm with analytical research methodology to reach a conclusion. Analyzing it in the light of discussion and interpretation of biographies and books of biographies has helped to clarify their authentic Status and there has also been an inducement to follow Seerat-e-Tayyaba.Ibn Atya and Qazi Abu al Saud have discussed the subject of biography according to popular scholars. There is a need to study the Seert al Nabi in the context of contemporary applications in the light of fIqh al seerah.

The method adopted by Tasawwuf is claimed to be derived from the teachings of the Quran and the Sunnah, in the guidance of the righteous predecessors (salaf) who embodied the essence of Islamic spirituality. Tasawwuf has a long and rich history that spans over many centuries. The origins of Tasawwuf can be traced back to the early ascetic and pious Muslims who practiced self-discipline, meditation, and trust in God as a way of purifying their souls and preparing for the Day of Judgment. Tasawwuf has played an important role in the history of Islam, both as a source of spiritual inspiration of an individual and as a force of social and cultural change. Likewise, Tasawwuf has contributed to the spread of Islam to new regions and peoples through missionary activities and interfaith dialogue. The following study focuss analyzing the role of Tasawwuf in self-purification of individulas & social growth of society. There are five chapters in this thesis. In the first chapter, is the introduction to the topic of research and Research Methodology in details. While in the second chapter, origin and evoluation of Tasawwuf, along-with the basic principles and objectives have been discussed comprehensively. In third chapter, role of Tasawwuf in personalality development and the methods of improvement pertaining to personal reformation are debated. In the fourth chapter, role of Tasawwuf in society is pondered over. Final chapter is analysis and conclusion. Furthermore, all references in dissertation are fully drawn out of primary and reliable secondary sources. References of authentic Hadith are fully given from books of ahadith. It is worth mentioning here that there are some traditions which are present in books of Tasawwuf like Mathnavi Rumi, Kashf al-Mahjub, Kitab al-Luma, Guniat al-Talibeen, Sirul Asrar etc have been quoted from them since they could not be found in traditional canonical books of ahadith, however the authenticity of such traditions is verified. This is also pertinent to mention here that traditional Tafseer books like Tafsir Ibn Abbas, Tafsir Jalalayn, and Tafsir ibn Kathir etc have been referred along with esoteric books of commentaries such as Tafseer Sahl Tustari, Tafsir Ibn Arabi (Tafsir Abdul Razzak Kashani) etc. Last but not the least, authentic translation work of basic sources has been used and presented in dissertation in the form of reference. Descriptive and Analytical methods of research with exploratory and qualitative approach have been applied. Online research method, also referred to as internet research method or digital/web-based research method, has been adopted at large. For data collection of topic and research questions, library research method was also used. Keywords: Spirituality, Tazkia, Ihsan, Sufism, Taqwa, Marifah, Morality, Individual & Social ethics of Tasawwuf
