Awareness and Behaviour of Youth regarding protection of Human Rights in the Constitution of Pakistan: A case study of Islamabad Human Rights are inherited by all human beings, all human are equally entitled to these rights. Modern Human Society is giving special attention and importance to this issue and this paradigm is controlling international relations and trade and has great influence on Trade and investment as well. Modern International Global Human Rights Framework is defined by United Nations which is result of collective struggle of entire human race since hundreds of years. State of Pakistan is an important member of United Nations and signatory of seven core human right treaties. This study is an attempt to understand the Global and Pakistan's Human Rights Frame work. The study focuses on the awareness level of educated youth of Islamabad about Human Rights frame work of Pakistan. At the same time it also measures the behavior of ICT youth about human rights. This evidence based study is an attempt to generate the data which can facilitate to understand the effectiveness of human rights frame work of Pakistan. Effectiveness of Human Rights Frame work depends on both sides i.e. supply and demand. Legislative, policy and administrative measures taken by the state party as important member of United Nations depicts the supply side of human rights frame work and the understanding of their rights and demands of right by population explains about the demand side of human rights. Human rights frame work of Pakistan has been evolving over the period of time during last 70 years. Constitutional history, ratification of international treaties and domestic legislation along with evolution of civil society and media has been catalyst in formation of human rights frame work of Pakistan. Overall it has been linked with international developments and United Nations progressive legislation. Pakistan has been responsive to regional and international treaties and conventions. State of Pakistan claims to be one of the important players and negotiating partner in evolving global human rights agenda with certain reservations related to religious connotations, but at the same time, it is has been facing severe criticism from treaties bodies and international human rights organizations.
Tourism and Sustainable Development in Baluchistan (2015-2023): An Appraisal Tourism is a significant and rapidly growing sector in the global economy and is crucial in boosting a nation’s economy. The increased flow of tourism can have positive economic implications, especially in achieving sustainable development goals and creating employment opportunities. This study investigates tourism's impact on Pakistan’s economic growth and employment opportunities in Baluchistan, especially in Gwadar, from 2015 to 2023. The study's methodology includes a review of existing literature on sustainable tourism and primary data collection through surveys and interviews. The survey encompasses a sample size of 200, including Baloch students in different Universities, Baluchistan, Islamabad, Lahore, and tourist operators from Baluchistan. Additionally, interviews were conducted with high officials, ministers, and tourist department representatives, and the sample size of the interviews was 20.
Gender Ineqaulities and Economic Transformation in Sindh: A Comparative Study of Larkana and Badin This study explores the gender inequality and economic transformation in Sindh: a Comparative Study of Larkana and Badin. To begin with, various aspects of research have been illustrated. Secondly, the contemporary situation of Larkana in gender inequality and economic transformations has been described with substantial examples from the case studies in different Union Councils of Larkana. Thirdly, study highlights the current dynamics of gender inequalities and economic transformations in Badin. In Badin, the precarious conditions of women need urgent pragmatic steps from the authorities in Sindh. Similarly, as comparative analysis, various indicators in both districts of Sindh have been analyzed in significant ways by going in depth of cases, examples and different forms of disparities against women.

Electoral Politics and Voting Behavior in Gilgit-Baltistan: An Analysis of Skardu (2009-2020) Electoral politics is the backbone of any democratic state. As defined by Abraham Lincoln, democracy is rule by people, for people and of people. No democratic state can function in its earnest without a proper system of elections. It is only through elections and free and fair elections that the people and their aspirations can be represented in the upper echelons of the power in the state. Like other parts of Pakistan, elections have been holding in Gilgit-Baltistan since 1970 though it is a disputed area and the region has no representation both in the Senate and the National assembly of Pakistan.

The current study was a case study from District Karak, KP. It is a quantitative correlational research method study.

Although Islam was initially deployed as a unifying framework, this approach failed to address the complexities of pluralism, especially under General Pervez Musharraf’s regime (1999–2007). During this period, state-led efforts toward national integration, including centralized governance, economic reforms, and counterterrorism policies, often exacerbated identity-based grievances rather than resolving them.

This regulation, a historic change in Muslim individual regulation, tried to handle significant issues concerning, marriage, inheritance, divorce, and women’s rights. It analyzes the main parts of the Ordinance, including the rules governing polygamy, inheritance rights for orphaned grandchildren, the requirement for marriage registration, as well as the debated interpretations within Islamic law.

"Resistance Movement in kashmir (1931-1948): An Appraisal" This study explores the Resistance Movement in Kashmir between 1931 and 1948, a critical period marked by widespread political awakening and opposition to the Dogra rule. While Kashmir’s resistance history has often been narrated in fragmented forms, this research specifically focuses on the Poonch Uprising in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), which remains underexplored in existing scholarship. The research identifies a gap in historiography where local resistance dynamics, particularly in AJK, have not been sufficiently analyzed in the broader context of anti-colonial and regional movements.
