Title
Predictors of Organizational Learning Examining the Moderating Role of Leadership Style.

Abstract
Organisational Learning is a very important field of study which rose into prominence in recent years and has been extensively dealt with by management scientists, scholars and academicians. It is a continuous process of learning which facilitates a learning culture among organisations and, ultimately, transforms these into 'learning organisations'. Various factors play significant role in this process. The present study aims at examining the influence of job engagement and team processes on organisational learning with the moderating role of leadership style. Methodology: Data were collected from 450 employees of the selected banks and branches of Southern Punjab through a self-administered questionnaire using convenient sampling technique. The data thus gathered were analysed employing multiple regression analysis. The study found that the key variables influencing organisational learning that is job engagement, team processes and two interaction terms that is JE X LS and TP X LS impacted the dependent variable OL positively and significantly.
