Abstract The proposed study compares Christian religious hymns of selected poets in the religious contexts of multicultural societies. In addition to hymns, religious hymns, the tradition of religious hymns in the ancient and modern Eras’s and with this some famous religious hymns from poets and poetesses are also included in this research. The basic purpose of this research is to compare different poets from Christianity, Islam and Hinduism presenting their hymns under the concepts of Christianity and Islam as well as the hymns regarding celebrations of religious Festivals may know as Eids in Christianity under Christian and Islamic beliefs and concepts. The research consists of five chapters. The first chapter, entitled "Introduction to the Research Subject and Basic Discussions", contains the “Hymns, meaning of Hymns then it leads Religious hymns and afterword’s, The Tradition of Religious Hymn writing (Basic Discussions). Some popular poets have also been discussed. The discussion of songwriting is wrapped up in the context of Christian beliefs and Christian festivals. The second chapter entitled “Christian Hymn writing is written by Christian poets” contains popular Christian poets who wrote hymns under the beliefs and concepts of Christianity and also covers hymns of Christians Festivals (Eids). The third chapter is entitled "Christian Hymn Writing by Muslim Poets". This part covers the concepts according to Quran and Islam. The second part of this chapter contains "Christian Hymn Writing by Hindu Poets”. In which the hymns of Hindu poets have been examined under Islamic beliefs and Christian beliefs and concepts. They also wrapped Christian festivals. The fourth chapter describes a comparison of all poets from different religions.The fifth chap is based on a comprehensive study, results, and conclusion, reaching a summary and compiling a few suggestions at the end. Literature is a reflection of the society and the writer reflects the society. Every religion has taught man peace and love and mutual harmony. Literature can work in promoting this love and peace.
