Abstract The keynote of my thesis is "The Artistic Review Dr. Shahid Siddiqui’s Urdu Columns". Dr. Shahid Siddiqui is a multidimensional personality who has utmost importance among the contemporary columnists. He writes Urdu columns in ‘Daily Duniya’ under the title "Zayr E Aasman". The literary work is clearly shown in his columns that is different than other contemporary columnists. One of the properties of his columns is that, he does not fire in the air blindly rather than whatever he illustrates, first, he observes, experiments and then he writes in his columns. That is why we find an element of interest in his columns, and the reader read it with great interest. His columns are read and liked publically due to his attractive and simple diction. Dr. Shahid Siddiqui is the important literary figure of the present time. In terms of Urdu columnists, different aspects have been brought in front of us due to his thought of the art. He has also tried to bring the high-profile topics of the history where he has taken up the common issues of the monotonous life after research. That is why it is necessary to study his columns to bring the literary and artistic properties of his writings to the world. The manual procedure has been adopted to expose the artistic flaws of Dr. Shahid Siddiqui's columns. He is one of the first writers of the Daily Duniya. The proposed research is significant in the sense that it has been analyzed the Urdu column. He has unique attractiveness in his columns. His columns are also popular in public because of their unique topics and general understanding. In the proposed research column, Dr. Shahid Siddiqui's literary status and individuality were instrumental in determining the significance of the research.
